We welcome wedding receptions, business meetings, and those searching for intimate dining for any special occasion.

Accommodations
The River Watch Banquet Room can accommodate up to 140 guests.
Information on Outdoor Party Areas is available on request.
Availability
The Banquet Room is available daily from 11:30 am until 5:00 pm and
Monday through Thursday evenings until 11:00 pm.
Please speak to a manager for information and availability for weekend events.
Menus & Bar Options
Several buffet and sit down menu choices are available.
A tab bar, cash bar or a combination of both is available.
Tables
Guest tables are square, cherry wood tables, royal blue cloth napkins and candle on each table.
If table linens are desired (white) there is a linen fee of $1.00 per person.
Additional linen colors may be ordered for an additional fee.
Table arrangements can be discussed at the time of reservation confirmation.
Decorations
The Room is set up at least an hour prior to your scheduled event.
If you care to bring decorations, let us know ahead of time, so we can set a convenient time.
Balloons and flowers are welcome, however, we do not allow anything to be tacked, taped or stuck to walls or windows and no table glitter or confetti.
If there is/are any decoration(s) we have to clean up (tape, glue, tacks, confetti or glitter),
$100.00 will be added to your bill.
Payments & Guarantees
Deposits: An estimated 20% of the event total is required to secure your reservation.
Deposits are non-refundable, however are deducted from the bill at the end of the event.
There will be one bill per event. We cannot offer separate billing.
Final head count, menu selections and guarantee are required at least 10 days in advance of the event.
Groups not meeting their final count are obligated to pay for the final count given.
Additional Charges
There is no room fee, however there is a minimum charge of
$20 per person for food (excluding liquor, gratuity and taxes) for evening and weekend events.
Parties are based on three hours, with a charge of $100.00 per additional hour.
We will add 18% to your bill for service charge and 6% for Maryland State sales tax.
A bartender fee of $35 is an automatic additional charge for any group of 30 or more or for a cash bar.
There is a fee of $75 for a shucker and $50 for a carver.
